Mavis Smith, Property/Strata Manager, is the President of Bradshaw Strata Management Ltd. and is licensed for Rental Property Management and Strata Management services under the Real Estate Services Act. Mavis has over 10 years experience in property management. She has special talents in dealing with people and in providing sensible problem resolutions. Her practical knowledge of strata management is second to none. Prior to joining Bradshaw in 2003, she accumulated 20 years experience in post secondary education positions in accounting, purchasing and facilities management. She has also served as the president of her own strata corporation.

Sheryl MacDonald, Property/Strata Manager, is licensed for Rental Property Management and Strata Management services under the Real Estate Services Act. With over 9 years in Strata and Rental Management, Sheryl has a wealth of experience in managing both large and small properties, including new developments. Sheryl has extensive knowledge of the Strata Property Act, the Real Estate Services Act and the Residential Tenancy Act. Prior to entering the industry, Sheryl was a Purchaser/Buyer which provided her with experience in negotiating contracts and evaluating potential service providers. She also served on the Board of Directors of a Housing Co-operative for almost 10 years.

Nancy Bain, Managing Broker, is licensed as a Managing Broker for Trading, Rental Property Management and Strata Management services under the Real Estate Services Act and has a Master degree in Business Administration. She is well known in the industry as an educator and author, specializing in areas such as agency and contracts of purchase and sale. She authored, “Managing Major Repairs: A Condominium Owner’s Manual” the classic guide for complexes dealing with leaky condo syndrome.

Craig Smith, Chief Financial Officer, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CA), holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Math Major) and is licensed in Strata Management services under the Real Estate Services Act. Craig has over 30 years experience in financial management and consulting. His team is responsible for the financial transactions and financial reporting for the properties.
